Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the proptiOS platform and services.

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. proptiOS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Availability

We aim to keep proptiOS available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you store in proptiOS. You can export your data at any time. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use proptiOS for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or to interfere with other users’ use of the service.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

proptiOS is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the platform reliable, secure, and accurate, but we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information on the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of proptiOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
